It is not news. It is mere wild speculation on the part of that site then attempting to call it news. It isnt going to happen. When you read it, the article says obama could do this, if this other thnig happens, which only can happen if this still other thing happens. This sight has been screaming martial law for 8 years it's not to be trusted. After that meeting with trump and Obama, I don't think it's gonna be a problem transitioning. It's just unreal how bad those riots are everywhere... I doubt it. They would have to hit it on a massive scale before he could intervene, at least not without starting a war. You may see individual States calling in the national gaurd and implementing martial law in the cities affected, but it would be a local level thing, not something Obama would do on a national level.
