In fact his plan does not even deal with deporting illegals until we have completed the construction of a great wall, established a new lawful immigration system. And even before the process starts you have to wait 5 years as a resident before you can apply. We need to fix the immigration system. It should not take nearly that long to become a citizen. We need to make it more advantageous to come here the right way, and remove all incentive to come here illegally. If we did that, probably would not even need the wall.
