You'll be able to find plenty of vital information concerning their efficiency and transparency ratings, overall financial health, et cetera. For toll free numbers that say your pc is out of date I answer Thank you for calling we will begin at the very beginning in Genesis 1:1 in the beginning.... They don't usually call back? They don't usually call back? I like your comments, BacKaren, Personally (& also with hubby) I ask the Holy Spirit who I am to give to. For example - At the bush market here a while back I gave to a local lady who had a stand & was selling colourful bags from Timor. She & a couple of friends go to Timor a few times a year & teach a group of ladies how to sew. They gave them sewing machines to start with. The ladies (Christians) desire to learn how to make their children school uniforms. Thus this is something that I am contributing by buying their wares & giving contributions for them to buy materials. Another example is `Teen Challenge,` which is in our area. We give money as well as goods that are needed. We also look for individuals or couples that we can assist in God`s work - money, accommodation, food etc. I think it is important to take responsibility for our giving, and to be personally involved.
