No US carrier at sea leaves gap in Middle East, First Time Since WW2

(Worthy News) - For the next week, not only will there be no U.S. Navy aircraft carrier in the Middle East, but there will be no American aircraft carriers deployed at sea anywhere else in the world, despite a host of worldwide threats facing the United States.

While there is no U.S. aircraft carrier in the Middle East right now, there is a large deck U.S. Navy amphibious assault ship with thousands of Marines on board as well as helicopters and some jets to respond to a crisis, according to officials.

But the absence of a deployed U.S. Navy aircraft carrier, long seen as a symbol of American power projection, is noteworthy. It is believed to be the first time since World War II that at least one U.S. aircraft carrier has not been deployed. [ Source ]

I do not see how it is bad thing.  Maybe this will show all the hawks, most of whom have never served a day, that the world will not end if the US is not patrolling the seas like the police force for the world.   We need to stop being the police force for the world.

Note that the U.S. does still need to be the police force for the world. For if it withdraws, this will only create a vacuum for the future Antichrist himself to fill. But, horribly, the U.S. Navy is even now vulnerable to long-range, supersonic and ballistic anti-ship missiles developed by China which can be fired from shore to take out U.S. ships, even before China is within range of those ships' missiles. The only defense that the U.S. has come up with (so far) is to scatter their ships away from each other so that they do not provide a bunched-up target for the missiles. But this is no defense at all if China has produced enough missiles so that it can independently target each ship (via satellite surveillance), no matter where each ship is located. The U.S. Navy is the backbone of U.S. global power projection. All China has to do is render it useless in the Western Pacific via China-based missiles, and also sell its anti-ship missiles in large numbers to the Baathists and Russia to also render the U.S. Navy useless in the Mediterranean, Black Sea, and Baltic Sea. And China could sell its anti-ship missiles in large numbers to Iran, to also render the U.S. Navy useless in the Persian Gulf and Arabian Sea. And China could even sell its anti-ship missiles in large numbers to Venezuela and Cuba to also render the U.S. Navy useless in the Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico, and a part of the Atlantic northeast of Cuba. The U.S. will then be reduced to a regional power, with its Navy able to navigate without fear of destruction only off of its northeastern and western coasts. The U.S. must immediately develop its own anti-ship missiles which are not only comparable but far exceed the capabilities of the Chinese missiles, so that it can pin the Chinese navy close to the Chinese shore. Also, the U.S. must immediately develop anti-missile defenses (something like THAAD for ships) which are able to track and take out the Chinese anti-ship missiles soon after launch. But the problem is that China could then simply build more missiles in such numbers as to be able to overwhelm even the most advanced anti-missile defenses on any ship. For it is easier to build and fire ten or twenty ballistic missiles from shore against a single ship than it is to try to fit defenses on that ship able to take out all of those missiles. And so China's advanced anti-ship missiles, if produced in large numbers, could help to lead to the end of U.S. world hegemony, which will then open the way for the Antichrist to arise and take over the world (Revelation 13:7).

If it is time for the AC, then nothing the US can or will do can change that.

I think you greatly overstate the DF-26s capabilities.  While it does have a 2500 mile range it has never been successfully tested against a moving target, let alone a moving target taking evasive maneuvers. 

I think you also greatly underestimate the combination of the SeaSparrow/SeaRAM/Phalanx 20 mm and their ability to take out incoming missiles.

Also Judas is also a major type of the son of perdition so well,  it's possible the church will at first think this guy is really something, so ya. When he is revealed all we can do is look up, our salvation is nigh.

Just a question about the anti naval missiles, wasn't it the Russians who developed them, not the Chinese? I thought they were sold to the Chinese. Anyway I also had read years ago our defense against these missiles was flying radar planes above a fleet 24/7, you know one takes off and the other lands. Because the low flying speed of the missile is undetectable but for a few seconds before impact and humanly impossible to get up defenses but we do have defenses on board to hit them. This is my understanding, is it correct and what has changed over the last five years or so?

The DF-26 is purely Chinese, the DF stands for  Dong-Feng.  The US and Russia are actually barred from making such missiles due to the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty signed back in 1987.

The Anti-missile defenses on ships do not rely on human interaction so they are capable of doing things that are "humanly impossible".  I am not sure about the trouble detecting these missiles, I will look into it though and get back to you. 

Add:  I just did some reading and in 2016 the upgraded AEGIS defense system had a successful engagement with a Medium Range Ballistic Missile, which is what the DF-26 is. The AEGIS was upgraded specifically of the DF-26 since it is the only MRBM around that is a threat.
