Hi Ghostdog What a great idea!..Praise Jesus!! On another Christian forum, there were 2 young Christians that each day would read a chapter (starting from Genesis) and then would talk about the reading and do a little research..Hmm! i wonder if they are still doing it?.. A chapter a day, is not too bad a pace. As Logan points out, that will take several years. In February, I intend to read the Bible over the course of the next year, but that will be about 20 minutes each day. That is an easy to achieve rate for most people, even busy ones. In fact, I came to Worthy just now, so see about posting my scheduled reading, when I saw your post here. Your videos, if they are just Bible reading, should last on average a about 6 minutes each, if you read at typical outloud reading rates. That is short enough that people might actually get through them. Good luck with books like Numbers! Since there are so many websites that let people have the Bible read to them, in the version the want, and the selected passages they want, don't by professional readers, you may have some competition. Never-the-less, I commend you efforts and intentions. I hope it goes well for you! Part of my motivation for posting my schedule, is that I hope that the fact that I have carved it is stone, so to speak, will help me stay on course to finish the Bible from Feb 1st 2017 to Feb 1st 2018. I hope we can both fulfill our objectives, and faithfully get into His word.

Listening to the Bible is rewarding in a different way from reading it myself. I know because I bought the Bible on cassette 30 yrs ago. I've also been listening to the audio Bible on Biblegateway. But putting it up on You Tube is great. More people will be exposed to it that way. I just have 1 word of advice. Don't read it too fast. Those cassettes I bought are being read to fast. It's like the guy reading can't wait to finish. Once you do it post a link so we can find it.
