In addition to the $291 million for the Palestinians, the Obama administration also told Congress on Friday it was going ahead with the release of another $7.8 million in foreign affairs spending, including $5.2 million for climate change programs and $1.6 million for UN organisations, the congressional aides said. Obama's whole administration was about underhanded deals and want he wanted. He never cared about this country or any of us. By doing this he gave America and the people one more slap in the face.
