He said the happiest day of his life was the German occupation. His father betrayed fellow Jews to the Nazi's. Look in his eyes now that he's in his 80's having amassed a fortune with the idea of ruling the world as far as his influence can accomplish that end. Look at his face. I agree he's evil. Though Kissinger being alive still falls into those conspiracy theory stories concerning immortality and alien intervention experiments with the human race.
