How am I using a wide brush?

He tweets because he gets around a dishonest mainstream media that wants to paint him in the image they want him.  Most of his supporters think he should continue tweeting.  The mainstream media can't be trusted to be honest and tell the truth, they edit sound bites and leave off important information.  We have seen that first hand.   So in this day of tweets and social media where you can get your message out, immediately, he needs to tweet.

Never mind ... I had already answered that.  Continue on with OOTS.

It's the SCOTUS' job to do that.  What I am saying is that you didn't see the kind of legal gymnastics with Obama that you have seen thus far with Trump.   And Trump's travel restriction is based the same statute Obama used 19 times.  No one got sued when Obama restricted travel to the US. No one complained.

In order to get to SCOTUS they had to go through all the same process that the Immigration Ban EO has gone through.

What a crazy mixed up world we live in.  When the state that provides more money to the Fed Govt than any other state ask for some of it back they are mocked.

Cali 12% of Fed revenue, it provides 45% more than the next closest and more than the bottom 25 states combined.  Cali is one of a handful of states that gets back less than $1 for every dollar given to the Fed Govt.

Yet, when they ask for some of it back they are begging for help.

Just have to love partisan politics and how it seemingly clouds every thought of some people.

That's not what we get out if it...they go from attacking trump, to talks of secession, to "help us" did no one tell them "don't bite the hand that feeds you?" and yes they give more... but that is partially because of such a high population and higher tax levels... socialism at  work.

36 of the 50 states get more back from the Fed Govt than they give them.  Is that not socialism at work as well?  And 28 of those 36 went for Trump this election.

Well, folks from Texas was talking about it should Hillary win, and a few folks from this board were in full support of it happening.  These things rarely are limited to one side or the other.

No one in any position to do anything were...there were petitions by your C/Ts and grassroots movements in 2008, for sure but again, no one in power was talking about it. Kind of a big difference there.

No, you did not what you see here.   No one was so outraged at Obama's travel bans and it was from the same countries and using the same statute.   The way this is being handled by the Left and all of the protests and the legal wrangling that we are seeing was not present in Obama's case.
