Probably depends on how you use it, as everything else..   We might view it as manipulative. I dont know if there are circumstances there might not be..  The only I can come to think of is something beautiful, or someone naturally pleasant. Other than that, youre probably ..right..

Well, I know Prov 31 v 30 says that charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting.

So, I'm wondering if any many females take being told they're charming as a compliment or...?

For myself, I don't find it too complimentary.

An old Victorian era  tea set would be more charming than I!!
