This is a very astute and needed question-- and I will illuminate something--- People say its not fair because some third world non christian countries havent heard the Gospel and God is sending people to hell with out giving theme a chance- ~~~~~~ according to this whole observational post--- He is fair--- infant mortality is much higher in 3rd world ( non-Christian) nations------- I believe that if the Gospel was presented in these countries- many of those babies would not have died and would have grown up, accepted the Gospel and become Christians------ but since they did not have the chance to hear the Gospel- the Lord just took them home early~~~~ as humans we always think "Fair" can be measured in 60 or 70 years----- "Fair" has to be measured over eternity Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think you're getting confused here. Satan is not expected to return. He is here as lord of this world. Cast from Heaven by God after the rebellion he led with a certain number of angels, called fallen angels, against the Father in a war in Heaven. Which they lost. Hell is not yet open to receive Satan and his angels and the souls of the unsaved. Heaven is the eternal abode that receives the saved the moment they die.
