Cinco de Mayo is celebrated in Mexico too; I've been there. It's a celebration of Mexico's victory in the Battle of Puebla back in the 1800s. Many were born there or came in legally from elsewhere according to the laws of the time before the Nazis came to power. I'm not advocating treating anyone like garbage, but illegal means illegal. That is a false comparison. The Jews were FORCED into hiding to save their lives and Jews were German citizens who were killed for being Jews. The illegal aliens here are no longer able to feel the freedom to flaunt their illegal status in our faces. Suddenly, it looks like breaking our laws finally has consequences. That's why they went into hiding. They don't want to get arrested for breaking our laws. To equate that with the Jews in Germany is patently ridiculous and implies that our government is acting like Hitler when it is completely untrue.
