There will be another bill, not to worry.  Pelosi and Shumer were giddy over this one not going through but their celebration is premature.  Stupid Ds don't get it; they don't have the votes to do ANYTHING so all they are left with is grandstanding and parroting the lines they learned in Obama school.  As if it's something unusual to have a bill rewritten and modified.  Delusion is ramant in the halls of Congress.

They know perfectly well how the system works. What they're exploiting with such behaviors is the ignorance of their base that are tickled this happened. People don't bother to learn about government or how a bill becomes a law so they wait for their favorite politician to "educate" them about goings on. Having no clue as a member of the electorate, those type voters or non-voters just roll with the drama fueled obstructionist tide.

I too believe a new bill will be drafted and one shall eventually pass. Obamacare is a nightmare. It has to be overturned.

The replacement bill for Obamacare failed today. I find it unconscionable that there are Republicans that oppose Trump. But why would they care? They're pandering to their base that hate him. Meanwhile those GOP members are fully covered with insurance they have no issues with as far as affordability. They're rich! What do they care about us? Except when they need our vote. And they know that we'll give it to them in all likelihood. Because we're made to be too busy surviving for a net income that we really don't have time to pay attention to what they're doing with the trust we gave them the last time we voted.

That's why term limits are a must. But that's a dream because they have to vote that to happen. About as likely as world peace happening in my lifetime. What were our FF's thinking when they let that little clause to happen in government? No term limits for the three branches in the beginning. Silly butt's. Didn't they learn anything living under a monarchy?

The replacement bill was a terrible bill that nobody that calls themselves a conservative should have supported.

The nation is not helped by a bill just as bad as ObamaCare

What happened is the Republicans tried the same tactic of making a law behind closed doors, putting it out and then pressuring everybody to pass it.  I don't really think they wanted to pass anything, they just wanted to look like they were doing it for the consumption of their constituents.  I hardly think that the Republicans, after seeing how many seats the Democrats lost in the House during President Obama's first midterms, would try the same thing. for real.

I think they are looking at their Supreme Court nominee to win and take away the self induced black mark they took on the chin for not having a health care bill after 7 years of talking about one.

The trouble with justice and one of it's greatest traits is it is blind or it's supposed to be.

You don't do something wrong and then expect it to pass you by when justice comes around, which is the reason we make amends before it seeks you out. That way when it finds you, you will be prepared and standing in good grace upon it's arrival.

Personal responsibility is anyone's greatest armor when dealing with reality, because it prepares you for just about anything.

The idea that someone assumed that they would be shielded from justice by virtue of being good in every other way accept that which the they began their presence here is to ignore the fact that everything they did here was illegal, because they began it, being illegal.

No one has the right to be wrong and no amount of right can erase a wrong. Only God can do that. We can forgive others and people can forgive themselves, but until they make it right by taking the responsibility to make things right, they are still wrong. PERIOD!

Amen, CM.  Now if only everyone could grasp this.

I have two friends that have wives that are immigrants and it it a lot of work for them to legally come here..  and even more to become citizens...  but there is no reason for this guy not going through the system.  And he may have put himself in the position of never being able to get citizenship.
