When God calls homosexuality an "abomination"  He uses the word, "to-ayvah" in Hebrew which refers to what God hates, what garners His wrath and contempt.   God hates homosexuality in the strongest terms.  

So what do you believe about the other verses that do use to'evah?

It is more and deeper than lack of self control.   It is what comes from the heart/ will/  choice.

No, being saved doesn't guarantee miraculous healing, but this is not physical healing issue.  This is a spiritual deliverance issue and I don't necessarily believe these people are actually "Christians" in the biblical sense.  Many people claim to be Christians for reasons that have nothing to do with Jesus.   And some who are authentic followers of Jesus fail to appropriate what is available to them.   Many Christians are taught errant theology, bad theology that is very liberal, but is false theology, false doctrine.  

So it is a matter of coming to Jesus, but also coming to him in faith and being genuinely saved and taught true biblically based theology and not the liberal slop that plauges the Christian world and ends up really taking people away from the Gospel and the truth.

Yes, but the Bible doesn't lend any approval and if you look at the lives of those who had all those wives it didn't turn out good for them.   There is a difference between the bibliclal doctrine of marriage that is laid out in Scripture and the cultural realities that existed in the ancient near east.  The Bible truthfully records that men in the OT had multiple wives, but it does not make those things a doctrine, nor an example to be emulated.

We live in a broken world and what you are describing is extremely rare and is not all related to the transgender issue. Only one or two people out of millions are born with that condition and it is a legitimate medical condition and not the product of a sinner being unable to accept the reality that there were born a man or a woman.    So that is really just a red herring and has nothing to do with this discussion.

It should bother anyone who is really concerned with helping them overcome this problem. What about them?  God lists off a number of things He considers to-ayvah.  Most of them having to do with idol worship, false prophets, occult/necromancy, lying, pride, murder, etc.   All of those things are what God detests as much as he does homosexuality and other forms of sexual perversion.

It could be cause by physical things going on in there bodies that make a person feel this way. No body knows. But it's not a good thing and God did not make anyone feel this way.

Whether YHWH made them feel a certain way or not, multitudes of criminals, religious and government and military and medical,  

all may be led by feelings

not to mention all the different spirits providing all the different (ungodly, unrighteous) FEELINGS at religious meetings  all around the world !

So,  the feelings CAN BE REAL,  and very very forceful.   

Simple example - kleptos -  someone who just HAS TO STEAL ,

or adulterers,   someone who does it because "IT FEELS SO RIGHT IT MUST BE GOOD".....

Feelings are UN UN UN UN UN UN UN UN UN UN UN  ...............   reliable and NOT to be followed......

not reliable,  NOT TO BE TRUSTED.  

People , no matter how they feel,   MAY be given a choice -  CHOOSE TODAY WHO TO SERVE.

No matter how it feels,  EVERYONE MAKES THE CHOICE WHO TO SERVE.  YHWH or the devil (flesh/ sin/ demons/ the world/ money/ FEELINGS/ family / church/ government/ military ).....

ONLY ONE CHOICE ,  the narrow road,  leads to life.
