I am not sure what you mean by faith confessions.  We should always confess our sins.

Yes if we sin..we must confess..right

What is faith? We believe in Jesus son of God, died for our sin and resurrected and He Wil come back..this is faith..

What we believe what we faith...we must confess..nothing wrong in that..spoken words are important..

Sorry for my English am less knowledge about this..

I understand now.  Confession of our faith is what draws others toward God as they see Christ in our words and action, both have to apply as talk is cheap.  This is very different that confessing our sins when we do sin.  I hope you can see the difference and the reason why your OP was confusing.  You see, "faith confession" can also be someone will confess with faith that they will get a job, find a certain wife, be given $100,000, etc.  The way you stated your OP made me believe you were speaking about the later and not the former.
