Material is copyrighted, not when it is registered with to government, but at the time of it's creation, it is automatically copyrighted under the law. The fact that other people have posted videos on other sites (like Youtube for example), does not mean that material is may be freely republished. If you want to submit a video for our video sections threads here are Worthy, be sure that you have the permission of the copyright owner BEFORE you submit a video. It is not the job of the staff of Worthy to do this, it is your responsibility to obtain permission. Republishing of copyrighted material, with out the permission of the copyright owner, is a felony, subject to fine and imprisonment under U.S. law. Most other countries have similar law, but this is a U.S. site, and as Christians, we want to be subject to the authorities. Romans 13:1 Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God.
