It helps to realize that the Bible is not one book really, It is a colection of writings, written over a period of roughly 6000 years, by probably 40 different authors. These writings were composed in several languages, primarily Aramaic, Hebrew, and Greek. As far as where these writings originated, that would include the wilderness between Egypt and what is now Israel, Moab, Canaan, Israel. Some of the territories were Judah, Samaria. Part of the Bible were written in Jerusalem and Egypt, Babylon, Shushan, Elam, Palestine, Corinth, Antioch, Ephesus, Macedonia, Caesarea, Rome, Patmos. Some of these places, have changed borders and names, you would have to look these places up individually, to relate them to there histories and modern day locations. Not sure if that answers your question, but that is about the best I can do.
