Before sexual harassment became a big thing in the work environment you would not believe what went on. If a man touched you inappropriately or said something inappropriately there was not a whole lot you could do about it.

Well, she has now, in light of Hannity's vow to pursue her with all legal action available to him, backed off of her claim.   But she has a long history of making false claims about Hannity, according to him.   So, walking it back now, may not really help her.   He is pretty ticked off and has already, according to him, secured some pretty powerful legal counsel.

Which is the answer to this question asked on page 1

What happened to women just telling men off when they received on wanted advances?

And a man at work shouldn't have to worry he's going to be called vile names and get sued because he says good morning to the same woman two days in a row!

Nobody is getting sued for saying good morning to the same woman two days in a row of 1000 days in a row.

I had an incident with a fellow employee. I could have had him fired on the spot but I didn't.

Then likely you were not the first or the last.  Hopefully someone got him fired otherwise there is no reason for him to stop having "incidents" with women at the workplace.

It is her word against his. She has no hard evidence. That is why a person needs to keep a recorder hidden on themselves that no one can see but it can pick up the conversation in situations like this.

Recordings made without another's knowledge aren't admissible as evidence.

well, I would not do so because I am a happily married man, but if I were single, would it really be some terrible thing to ask someone up to my room and just let it go if the answer was no....
