Ok all you Worthy peoples :) I want to remove an old shower head and replace it with a new shower head. But the old shower head will not move . This is what I have done so far.

1. Poured boiling water over threads of old shower head

2. Poured CLR over old shower head threads.

3. Squirted WD 40 over old shower head threads.

5. I have currently squirted the WD 40 over the threads I am going to let it set for a few hours.

Any ideas??

WD-40 is almost too thin to stay in the threads. It will drip down too quickly. I've used liquid Wrench, let it saturate for a couple hours, then use a vise grips.
