Doing that, activists argue, would greatly reduce greenhouse gas emissions by livestock. Okay, so if livestock are emitting green house gasses, assuming that is true, how does eating bugs solve that problem? The article doesn't really explain how that works, as far as I can tell. If we eat less greenhouse gas emitting livestock by 50% their population will only increase along with their emissions of greenhouse gasses. So, this really makes no sense.
