Euphrates: Judaism. Rev. 9:14, 16:12:  Judaism is the religion of the Talmud. The Babylonian captivity is the source of Talmudic traditions. Judaism is an obstacle to the general assembly of the Church, when the Temple will be built, this river will dry up and the kings will return.

The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river, the Euphrates; and its water was dried up, so that the way would be prepared for the kings from the east.  (Rev. 16:12)

...and He has made us to be a kingdom, priests to His God and Father-- to Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen. (Rev. 1:6)

According to the legend of the 3rd Book of Ezra, the lost tribes of Israel went to the land of Arsaref, crossing the dried-up bed of the Euphrates River. Probably the "dried-up bed" symbolizes the absence of the Temple from 587 BC. To 516 BC. Arsaref probably means "Ar Saref", "mountain of kings", this is clearly a mythical image. Perhaps this is an indication of the Heavenly Kingdom, preached by Jesus Christ.

Tiger is a Christian religion. I do not identify the Christian religion with the teachings of Jesus Christ. The gospel and the Christian religion are two different things.

Book of Tobit 6: 2 - An entertaining story about the return of the 10 tribes of the Northern Kingdom. The fish, which almost devoured Tobia, lived in the Tigris River.

(We remember the ancient symbol of Christianity, we recall the story of Jonah the prophet.)

Shatt al-Arab: The river was formed already in historical time as a result of gradual lowering of the level of the Persian Gulf. Before its appearance, the Tiger and the Euphrates fell into the Gulf independently. Tigris and Euphrates merged into one channel in the 5th century. Soon after their merger, Islam arose. By the time of the appearance of Islam, Judaism and Christianity were already very far from their sources.

All three rivers: the Tigris, the Euphrates and the Shatt al-Arab are the rivers of Babylon. This religion of captivity. Return from captivity is a return to the streams of Nahal Heber and Nahal Arugot in the Judean Desert, between which Ezekiel's Temple will be built.

It is possible that the River Pison is the Indus River, then it points to Eastern religions, to Hinduism.

As for the river Gihon, I find it difficult to connect this river with any world religion. Maybe someone did it?
