I started out with a bit based upon ideas and ideals, and then my few years of experience with church events kicked in and I got a bit carried away. But,- so many things have happened, and I have had so many dealings with health department inspectors and regulations that I tend to get a little overly interested and concerned for food sanitation at events even simple pot luck functions.
