Yes, both should have the right to do so. I agree with WingNut that the bakers should have made the cake, but I 100% belive they should have the right to say no for any reason whatsoever. I belive that anti-discrimination laws should apply only to the government, that any non-governmental entity should be able to choose whomever they wish to serve or not serve.
