You miss the point.

This was some obscure election out in Montana - contrary to the blatherings of the fine lady from San Francisco and others of her partisan persuasion, it had and has NOTHING to do with the current occupant of the WH.  Without even delving deeply into the factors in this LOCAL election (of which I admittedly know nothing) , I could safely say that local issues will determine the winner.

As they have and will continue to do now and into the future.

Surprised the you - who decries partisanship at most every turn - fell for this.

Blessings,

-Ed

I agreed with you that she was wrong, and I still get grief!

This guy's an idiot.  His actions have nothing to do with Trump, Clinton or anyone or anything else but HIM. I'm glad he lost; who needs another moron in Congress?  And Pelosi's grip on reality is slipping.

Nah, I don't mean to give you grief - just chiding you, that's all.

But I heard about this (Pelosi's reaction) on the news when I was out doing errands - and it reminded me that I almost posted a ticking clock in my earlier post on this thread - indicating a 3 . . . 2 . . . . 1 countdown until democrats would tie it to Trump.

Give them this - they're never ones to miss an opportunity.

Blessings,

-Ed

Of course the Dems tied it to Trump just like the Repubs tied everything bad to Obama

I'd still vote for him.....   I don't like pushy news paper reporters either.

Apparently others still voted for him also.   He won anyway.

Did anyone think he would lose?  The last time a Dem held that seat was 1997.

Plus they had early voting, so many people had already voted by the time this event occurred.

(One reason I'm not a fan of early voting).

I had not even thought of that.  Good point.  Thanks.

I'm not a fan of early voting either unless people will not be available on election day....

But I would still have voted for the guy anyway.

It's been many years since I was a director in our local tv stations, but I guess I heard too many reporters bragging about how they dragged stories out of people.....    even people who had just lost thier kids or loved ones in some tragic event.....     It's one thing to see them poke a camera and microphone in someone's face in the middle of some really bad drama in thier lives, quite another to hear them drag about it.  Unless you have experienced that, you really don't understand just how close those camera's are to you most of the time.

While it wasn't a good thing to do, that little boy that is still in me jumped for joy when I watched the video about it.
