This is an easy statement to make if you are not on the receiving end of what the west has unleashed on countries in Northern Africa, The Middle East, and parts of Asia for the past 15 years. I would also not consider dropping more than 50,000 bombs over the past two years alone simply "lobbing a few bombs". Those 50,000 are only counting bombs dropped by the US. It does not include the thousands more dropped by coalition forces.

We have done little really to make the terrorist pay a high enough price? What more are you suggesting we try? Already we have spent trillions dollars, dropped hundreds of thousands of bombs which has lead to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people, and we have reduced entire cities to ruble in at least seven countries.

You are correct in a way, we haven't made the terrorist pay a price at all, instead, we have been doing a lot of the work for them. The reaction from the west is exactly what they wanted and we played right into their hands. Returning violence with violence in an effort to defeat terrorism never works. It only increases terrorism and the past 16 years prove this without a doubt.

So what would YOU do, bad?  Have a hug-in?

This explains a lot. I was wondering where all of your hatred was coming from.

I don't hate them at all.   I just don't like them  I do hate Islam, though.

You need to interact more with Muslims and learn about their faith.

No, I don't.

If you do not understand Islam, don't go online, listen to Sean Hannity, or the so called Muslim converts who are motivated by money to find answers, talk to real Muslims.

I understand Islam perfectly.  They have made themselves and their intentions quite clear over the years.   You're the one who doesn't understand them and has bought into the liberal kool-aid and the propaganda.

Visit a Mosque and sit in on one of their prayer services. If you live near a place that has been labeled a "no go Zone" or a jihad training camp, go and visit them for yourself. I promise you will find them to be much different than what has been portrayed in the right-wing media outlets that make such ignorant claims.

I don't associate with the enemy. Nor, do I need to go their places of "worship" (if you consider radicalism and terror training, "worship.")

I have Muslim friends that I have known since the mid 80's, I have served along side Muslims in the military, I work and live among Muslims today.  I do not judge them nor would I distrust them for the simple fact that they do not believe the same way I do.

They will trun on you when you least expect it.

The simple fact that a billion plus Muslims live in peace and harmony with their neighbors in almost every country in the world is proof that a lot of what is spread online and in certain media outlets is not true.

It is even true in Muslim majority countries as well. What it comes down to is that people are people regardless of what religious tag they are given or choose to follow. The vast majority of the people in the world all want the same things in life as anyone else. They want to live in peace and harmony with their neighbors, a decent job, education and a better life for their children, etc.,

Most of the wars going on right now are between Muslims.  They don't live in peace at all with their neighbors.

but you will always find those who will distort a religion to fit their agenda

Yes, the liberals have been distorting the true nature of Islam and singing people to sleep with the whole "religion of peace" mantra since 9/11.

Groups like ISIS are the purest and truest form of Islam on earth.  If Mohammed were alive today, he would be leading ISIS.   Islam is evil and Allah really none other than Satan himself..   Islam is just another form of the worship of Satan.

I will be praying for you in this matter.

Don't bother.  I neither need, nor have any use for your "prayers."

Been there done that.  I have also helped put out both prairie and forest fires.  I am going guess you have not done either, or put on some combat boots.

I have a bertter idea; read the Qur'an for yourself and find out how 'peaceful' the so called religion of peace really is.  Claims that islam is not conpatible with civilization are not 'ignorant', it's facing that barbaric religion head on with eyes wide open.  Muslims don't belong in our society.

I think it is easy to say, love the enemy, if someone has never lost a child to that enemy as people who have been targeted by Islam have.  Candles and teddy bears as a response to Islamic terrorism.  Amazing.

Esther 9

The Jews Destroy Their Enemies

Now in the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar, on the thirteenth day of the same, when the king's commandment and his decree drew near to be put in execution, in the day that the enemies of the Jews hoped to have power over them, (though it was turned to the contrary, that the Jews had rule over them that hated them;)

The Jews gathered themselves together in their cities throughout all the provinces of the king Ahasuerus, to lay hand on such as sought their hurt: and no man could withstand them; for the fear of them fell upon all people.

And all the rulers of the provinces, and the lieutenants, and the deputies, and officers of the king, helped the Jews; because the fear of Mordecai fell upon them.

For Mordecai was great in the king's house, and his fame went out throughout all the provinces: for this man Mordecai waxed greater and greater.

Thus the Jews smote all their enemies with the stroke of the sword, and slaughter, and destruction, and did what they would unto those that hated them.

And in Shushan the palace the Jews slew and destroyed five hundred men.

And Parshandatha, and Dalphon, and Aspatha,

And Poratha, and Adalia, and Aridatha,

And Parmashta, and Arisai, and Aridai, and Vajezatha,

10 The ten sons of Haman the son of Hammedatha, the enemy of the Jews, slew they; but on the spoil laid they not their hand.

11 On that day the number of those that were slain in Shushan the palace was brought before the king.

12 And the king said unto Esther the queen, The Jews have slain and destroyed five hundred men in Shushan the palace, and the ten sons of Haman; what have they done in the rest of the king's provinces? now what is thy petition? and it shall be granted thee: or what is thy request further? and it shall be done.

13 Then said Esther, If it please the king, let it be granted to the Jews which are in Shushan to do to morrow also according unto this day's decree, and let Haman's ten sons be hanged upon the gallows.

14 And the king commanded it so to be done: and the decree was given at Shushan; and they hanged Haman's ten sons.

15 For the Jews that were in Shushan gathered themselves together on the fourteenth day also of the month Adar, and slew three hundred men at Shushan; but on the prey they laid not their hand.

16 But the other Jews that were in the king's provinces gathered themselves together, and stood for their lives, and had rest from their enemies, and slew of their foes seventy and five thousand, but they laid not their hands on the prey,

17 On the thirteenth day of the month Adar; and on the fourteenth day of the same rested they, and made it a day of feasting and gladness.

18 But the Jews that were at Shushan assembled together on the thirteenth day thereof, and on the fourteenth thereof; and on the fifteenth day of the same they rested, and made it a day of feasting and gladness.

19 Therefore the Jews of the villages, that dwelt in the unwalled towns, made the fourteenth day of the month Adar a day of gladness and feasting, and a good day, and of sending portions one to another.

20 And Mordecai wrote these things, and sent letters unto all the Jews that were in all the provinces of the king Ahasuerus, both nigh and far,

21 To stablish this among them, that they should keep the fourteenth day of the month Adar, and the fifteenth day of the same, yearly,

22 As the days wherein the Jews rested from their enemies, and the month which was turned unto them from sorrow to joy, and from mourning into a good day: that they should make them days of feasting and joy, and of sending portions one to another, and gifts to the poor.

23 And the Jews undertook to do as they had begun, and as Mordecai had written unto them;

24 Because Haman the son of Hammedatha, the Agagite, the enemy of all the Jews, had devised against the Jews to destroy them, and had cast Pur, that is, the lot, to consume them, and to destroy them;

25 But when Esther came before the king, he commanded by letters that his wicked device, which he devised against the Jews, should return upon his own head, and that he and his sons should be hanged on the gallows.

26 Wherefore they called these days Purim after the name of Pur. Therefore for all the words of this letter, and of that which they had seen concerning this matter, and which had come unto them,

27 The Jews ordained, and took upon them, and upon their seed, and upon all such as joined themselves unto them, so as it should not fail, that they would keep these two days according to their writing, and according to their appointed time every year;

28 And that these days should be remembered and kept throughout every generation, every family, every province, and every city; and that these days of Purim should not fail from among the Jews, nor the memorial of them perish from their seed.

29 Then Esther the queen, the daughter of Abihail, and Mordecai the Jew, wrote with all authority, to confirm this second letter of Purim.

30 And he sent the letters unto all the Jews, to the hundred twenty and seven provinces of the kingdom of Ahasuerus, with words of peace and truth,

31 To confirm these days of Purim in their times appointed, according as Mordecai the Jew and Esther the queen had enjoined them, and as they had decreed for themselves and for their seed, the matters of the fastings and their cry.

32 And the decree of Esther confirmed these matters of Purim; and it was written in the book.

Muslims believe in progressive revelation. First Moses came with the Torah, Jesus with the Gospel, and finally Muhammad with the Qur'an. They believe that Muhammad is the final prophet and the Qur'an the ultimate and final word of authority. The followers of Islam are actually following the writings of Moses found in Deuteronomy and Leviticus. Since they do not accept that Jesus was the son of God as Christians do, they still follow the laws God gave to Moses.

LOL, that's rich.   They do not follow the writings of Moses.   That is just more liberal propaganda which is supposed to take in the gullible.

I did not say that I would pray for him to see things my way, when I said I would pray for him about this matter, I was referring to the anger issues towards Muslims and his dislike for such a large population of the planet. Interacting with the people he has such a dislike for and praying for this, would help him overcome some of this anger.

I am not angry.   I just don't buy into your liberal nonsense.  I simply do not trust and thus do not associate with Muslims.   Too many people have trusted them and only got destroyed in the end.    The San Bernardino shooters were good examples of this.  They killed their friends and co-workers just days after they had been given a baby shower by those same friends and co-workers.   The liberal Israeli Jews who thought the Palestinians were their friends ended getting their own lives taken and the lives of their children as well by the very people they tried to help.

So spare me the self-righteous garbage.

It's found in the Qur'an.

"So Oh, believers say, 'We believe in God and in what was sent down to us and what was sent down to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob and the Tribes and what was given to Moses, Jesus, and all the prophets by their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we devote ourselves to God.'" (Quran 2:136)

Yeah, they follow the Torah but want to annihilate the Jews.   And they even deny that there was a temple in Jerusalem, or an Exodus from Egypt by the Israelites.

Mohammed to a great degree plagiarized the Torah.   Not only that but just like other false religions, Islam was started by an angel speaking to one guy.   Islam is a false religion, pure and simple.
