The wife for whatever reason had an affair. Just because someone is a Christian and in a Christian marriage, does not mean that they can not fall. If God is in the drivers seat of their marriage and if they are both very committed to God they will not have those kind of problems. They will have some problems because no marriage is perfect but their marriage will be solid with God.

Its just what should she do? In any case having a marriage blessed by God doesnt mean anything, if anythnig it becomes a target for satan to attack Having a solid marriage that God is number one is very important and everything. They will be able to get past Satan's attacks with God in their marriage. If they are Christians in name only then Satan will get his hold. You do not take any of there advice. You pray about it. This is a situation where neither pieces of advice are wrong, and while I do not want to be a pain, we don't have the information to know which is the better advice. That's pretty naive. People change including Christians

Some people think that if they cheat the relationship is dead and will make no effort to fix it even if the spouse has ended it and confessed. One friend said hes forgive her but divorce and get full custody of the children because he doesnt want her raising his children. To me that line I thinking is unchristianlike as the bible tells us that if someone sins and repents we should forgive them
