Likely, these criminals self-identified as Christians in order to gain entry under that identity so as to claim they're fleeing religious persecution in their home country. 

This Judge oversteps, he can't halt this deportation. Just like the other court that claimed they could put a hold on the travel ban. That's not in their purview. And what should happen to put these type leftist activist judges in their place, is these criminals should be shipped back to Iraq now. 

And the travel ban should be prosecuted at the ports and airports. Any employee in those locations that refuses, fire them on the spot.
