Obama knew the Russians were trying to sway the elections and just let it slide. We have been inundated with calls for Trump's impeachment over this Russian thing, for months now. They have been trying to pin this on Trump and all along. But the DNC was cool with Russian meddling when they thought Hillary was going to win. Now that the Clinton camp needs to blame someone, anyone, but Hillary for her loss, the Russians became just one many scapegoats to share the blame.
