If we are in Christ, we are happy. Just leave your life in God's hands, trust in Him. He knows what is best for you. Because possessions, fame, and glory in this world do not make one happy. The Prusuit of Happiness can only be through Jesus Christ, because He alone can make us truly happy through washing away our sins, dwelling in us (Colossians 1:27), and leading us into all Truth. It is a natural thing for one to be happy and to structure his life to ensure that. But the Bible plainly says, that those who would live Godly, would be persecuted. The devil would send forth his fiery darts and there would be battles that would spoil your so called plans to be happy. The Lord does protect and provide for his own, but would allow the curve ball to be thrown to keep the saints from slumbering and being comfortable in this world. Paul writings does show that the christian life would entail suffering and endurance as we are to share in Christ suffering.

Now that's expanded. I think I'll bring up a new page and leave this one alone to ck it out through the coming days. "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things".
