Smoked Rainbow Trout

On Saturday I smoked some rainbow trout.  It was simply...amazing.  I soaked it in a brine of salt, fresh rosemary and basil and some lemon slices for about 6 hours and then smoked it on about 200 with some apple chips!  It was so good!  

I also put some corn in the smoker about 45 minutes prior to the fish and let it smoke still in the husk.  It was ok, but smoke flavored corn is not as good as I thought it would be.
