My Father was a tea drinker. My Mom was a coffee lover. Believe it or not she had coffee all day long. She also smoke cigarettes that is bad. But my Father had one cup of tea in the evening.  It was always English tea I believe. He bought twiggings tea. I am a coffee drinker for sure. Plus I get free coffee at work oh yea. Now I am sure being a Christian it does not matter. But I been on church's that have there own coffee cafe. I am not against that at all. Anyway what do any of you prefer? And do you drink coffee or tea at church ?

Cappuccino, one sugar made on full cream milk.

Regular coffee, no sugar, full cream milk.

Many Aussie churches have coffee, tea cookies and cakes after the service and some have their own cafe.

Yes. Coffee to wake up. Tea to stay awake. Days work to fall asleep.

Coffee drinker here. No cream or sugar, just strong, black, and plentiful.

I've been to a church that had a coffee bar in the lobby. They served coffee, lattes, a variety of teas, juices, and danishes, that they encouraged people to take into the service with them. I only went the one time, not caring for the church or the laid back approach, but that's me.

Black coffee is the preferred beverage.  Between six and fourteen cups a day. People find me at work by following the trail of empty styrofoam cups.

By late afternoon I pass the ice machine and start drinking the cold coffee leftover as iced coffee.

However; we have switched over to  Kureg system brewers which dumps out a full cup at a time, and I find I drink far far less because I don't want to carry around a full cup as I work.

Spouse needs Black tea in the morning to get her low pulse rate up.

As to services at the sanctuary, it has become a lost cause, people just come from Sunday school class with their beverages, water ,coffee, soda, latte, whatever, and all those differing Starbucks drinks. I don't much like it for a couple of reasons, one they slurp- very annoying and two; they spill, also very annoying as we have to shampoo and clean fabrics of the chairs and pews.

But it is life as it is lived today. Started out with the water craze, our pastor's wife needed water and brought in a huge water container for services, well that opened the flood gate so to speak. Now it is becoming candy wrappers  stuffed in the pew seams and Cherrios on the floor too. Can't do just a quick pick up of a few service announcement folders between services anymore. It takes   an hour or so to clean each time after each service. Then  after the weekend a full cleaning is done. Runs up the costs for sure, but it is what it is, - "ain't that America, little Pink Houses for you and me".

When I make my  own church sanctuary it will be like a new baseball stadium design similar to Las Vegas style dinner theater seating, with food set up. Plus- it will have stadium floor drains. At the end of the day we will just grab the hoses and flush  it all clean.

Hey, people they are almost all Walmartians now, got to go with the flow, or make the flow wash it all clean afterward I guess.

Through it all, the various culture changes, the constant is the word of God, the praise of God, the worship of God and the sharing of the gospel of our Lord Jesus.  So it's an awesomely good thing, -plus  there is coffee.

It is very healthy. There are 4 teas which give you a good health benefit. White tea, green tea, oolong tea and black tea. Each one has a little different health benefit. I have chosen white tea because it has the least caffeine of all 4 teas. It is also the least processed and has the most healthy benefits. It is called white tea because of the plant it comes from. I get my white tea organic because the plants  have a tendency to have fluoride in the soil and getting my tea organic lessens the fluoride.
