Hello everyone, I have never mentioned it before, but I suffer from a genetic disease discovered in my childhood. It is called Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. The symptoms of this uncommon illness are joint hyper-mobility (loose joints) and weak tendons. My Orthopedist told me that I would have to stop any kind of contact sports to avoid frequent dislocations of the joints. It is very hard to obey the orders of a doctor when you are a stubborn child. At that time, I dislocated my left elbow a few times and I could easily relocate my elbow back just by relaxing my whole arm. I must admit that it hurts more that a broken bone and when the joint is back in place the discomfort can last over two weeks. Nevertheless, I did not listen to the instructions of my specialist and I continued to practice sports until my young adulthood. Since these years, I have suffered numerous dislocations on my left elbow. I could put it back on my own and other times I had to go at the hospital. Today, I am paying the price for my stubbornness and I am stuck with a support brace on my left elbow. I have damaged my left elbow and now I live with constant soreness on my left elbow joint… So, let’s begin!

During my childhood a different joint also dislocated in my body and It was far worse that anything I had experienced with my left elbow.  It happened when I was 8 years old during soccer practice in the school yard. I was a defense man that year for my elementary school team. I tried to do a tricky move and that is when I dislocated for the first time my left knee. I fell down on the ground in agony crying and I stared at my left leg completely twisted upright and my knee cap was not visible. My soccer coach who was my PE teacher stopped the practice with his whistle and my fellow teammates were beginning to surround me and looking at my twisted left leg in total disbelief…

Then it happened, everything surrounding me vanished and I was encircled by a manifestation of stunning moving colors. Then, to the right of my vision I began to see a white circular light piercing through the moving colors. Inside that light I saw, Jesus-Christ, the Son of God. I just knew it was Him in my heart. He was dressed with a bright white robe and He looked like a middle-eastern man. He looked at me with a gentle smile and raised up his right arm. Suddenly, everything vanished and I came back to my senses and I looked at my left leg completely healed by God. Then, I looked around me to see my teammates running away in fear, having stomach problems and some who were unconscious on the ground. I did not understand at the time why there was so much commotion in the school yard.

Other teachers were beginning to arrive on the scene to help out my fellow teammates in distress. One of them with my PE teacher picked me up and brought me to see the school nurse. My PE teacher went to the principal office during the examination of my left leg by the school nurse. She told me that everything was fine with my entire leg, knee and foot. No signs of damage muscles or strangle nerves and no need to call the ambulance. Just a little swelling and she gave me a bag of ice to treat it. I walk out of the examination room with a little help from the school nurse and I sat on one of the chairs next to her office. Moments later, my PE teacher sat next to me to say that the principal contacted my parents to bring me home. He looked at my left leg in total disbelief and he could not hold-in his emotions. He began to weep and he told me what he had witnessed in the school yard…

Here are his shocking words: I saw you screaming far away and your leg was totally twisted in a weird position. I ran towards you and I saw you lose consciousness on the ground. All of a sudden, you woke up with a lifeless stare in your eyes in front of me. I did not understand what was happening to you. So, I ordered my students to not approach you. Then, the impossible happened and you straiten your twisted leg with your two bare hands. Then, you began to punch your knee cap back into position with your two firsts. Suddenly, you came back to your senses and looked at everybody with a dumbfounded look. I have never seen anything like this in my life. This was truly a miracle and now I do think of the possibly of the existence of God…

My father showed up at my school to bring me home and my PE teacher told him that I was blessed by the Lord. My father told him kind words and I went back home to rest. I had to walk with crutches for almost two weeks. I had no choice but to quick the soccer team and my fellow teammates told me that my prank in the school yard was really outstanding. I don’t know who told them this fake story. But, I must admit that my fellow teammates were not traumatized by the whole event or scared of me. I truly believe that Jesus-Christ, our Lord and Savior, took over and healed my leg by relocating my twisted leg and dislocated knee cap. This was a miracle of God in front of many witnesses. I hope that this testimony will reinforce the possibility of miracles during your own Christian lives. Continue to post comments and suggestions on my various articles on Worthy Forums. I truly appreciate them and I wish you will follow me on this truly blessed Christian Website. Hallelujah…

God Bless you all.

Thank you Patmen for taking the time to share. I know in reading this, different things will stand out to people. What was a blessing to me, is the reminder that we never know what someone is going through. And because of that, pray for wisdom in dealing with others. I see too that you wrote about your dad, its great to have and be able to share special moments. Blessings :)
