To the person, they feel everything of them mentally, emotionally and truthfully was born in the wrong body. At least from my understanding  of it. Some think that they have found GOD, but as long as they continue to feel the way that they do, that cannot be possible as GOD has forbidden it. I think what that means is the person has to have had the surgery started to change their gender. I sincerely hope no one ever devises a way to change a person's genitals. A trans is someone who identifies with being another gender. It doesnt mean that they have necessarily already had their sex reassignment surgery. Especially today, the definition is more broadened. All one has to do is say they feel like something different than they are and the sick world we live in take it as truth. He had all kinds of inhumane things done to people. I seem to remember a man having himself castrated in the 60's bc he wanted to be a topless dancer. It was in the newspaper.
