Insane earthquakes that deviate entire countries. (Haiti) And ocean waves, 50+ feet tall. (There is a name for them), typhoons, hurricanes, etc. In our own country, there was Katrina that blasted mostly New Orleans. New Orleans is something unique. The celibration of Madigra has become totally depraved. The following spring, after the hurricane. The participants in this celibration went well beyond just playful gestures, with very flagrant floats telling God to f... off. There is a weekend that follows Madigra, it is called, "Debaturey weekend", oddly enough, and with almost no notice in the news. A small class 2 hurricane came out of "nowhere" and struck New Orleans on that very weekend. The sin in the world is very great. And when I think of, what the Awful Horror might be. The one thing that comes to mind is Abortion. Certainly, there are plenty of other Awful Horrors. But man's killing of his own kind, for his own pleasure. Yes, I agree. "All that is necessary for evil to abound, is for good men to do nothing." (paraphrased) It is like we gave the adversary and his army of horrors the keys, and when the doors are unlocked we may reap the whirlwind since we sowed to it. We should not blame God. He is perfect in His Holiness. But men will faint and curse God and WANT destruction and devastation to ease them from a temporary pain that will then becomes eternal, rather than just mortal and transient. Preaching the WHOLE counsel of God has become passe and bland. So again, we might reap what we have sown. If it were not for our Kind Lord persevering with us, we would be lost, but thanks to His Love never failing, we have the time to 'snatch from the fire' many that would otherwise be doomed. And from such people turn away! For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Not in the least does this surprise me. Specially since as you already wrote, it and other places TELL of these very days we now seeing. and just like in lotts , noahs days...........less and less are seeing this forest of signs, which IS a sign in itself . the people have no excuse. for many can see the very signs we see. they just no longer see them As the signs of the times. Yet another sign in itself . Tis like a man taking his own son to a huge forest and says , now son behold the forest, and the son looks up to His Father , scratches his head and says Father, you don't see clearly, for that is no forest , its billions of trees.
