I believe that top photo is I-10 South. Al interstates are flooded. They are saying this is the worst storm to ever hit the U.S. Thousands are in need of rescue and many more thousands have lost their homes and cars, not to mention the businesses that can't open. I have seen it; we evacuated to Waco when Katrina hit twelve years ago. Both sides of the interstate flowing north and it was bumper to bumper.
