The 1 Thess:4:15-17 prophecy is for the Return of Jesus, where He sends His angels to gather those Christians who remain to Him, inin the clouds, then in Jerusalem.   Matthew 24:31

The 1 Corinthians 15:50-56 is all about the Judgement at the Great White Throne, that happens after the Millennium. Only then is the Book of Life opened and immortality conferred to those whose names are in it.  Proved by verse 55, where Death is no more. Revelation 21:1-7   There will be death during the Millennium. Isaiah 65:20

There is no rapture removal to heaven of anyone other than the 2 Witnesses and they are killed first. We must face trials; 1 Peter 3:12

If the "dead in Christ rise first"...... then... "those who are alive shall be caught up with them to meet the Lord in the air...".........This then is the Resurrection and the Rapture?......Pre-tribulation?.....You can't have one without the other...so goes the saying.

Then how does the pre-trib model account for ....."IMMEDIATELY after the TRIBULATION of those days.......then shall appear the sign of the Son of Man ....and he shall send his angels to gather together his elect".....

Remember.....there is only ONE Resurrection.....pre-millennial....(there is of course one post millennial)

Daniel you still haven't shown scripture that shows a pre-trib resurrection to go with your so called pre -trib rapture

Hi Daniel 11:36,

"......to gather together his elect......

Do you not consider yourself to be God's elect?

Do you not know that we are children of God by faith in Christ and that He is in us?

Do you not know that when we become a child of God by faith, we also become the children of Abraham and God's ELECT as part of the family of Israel?

So then, as children of Abraham, this makes us God's ELECT as heirs of the promises that HE made to the Israelites ( Gal 3:6-9, 26-29 )

And, as God's elect, we also inherit the new heavens and the new earth.

All of these things are in store for us as God's ELECT.

This is in reference to the evil day in this dispensation before the coming tribulation period

So your scripture picking is again wrong

 

This evil DAY does not happen until the tribulation of satan,ie,it is the tribulation

And Im not picking,that's what you all do,as it's the only way to make your theory seem true...
