Legalism??? Did I quote the Bible?  and say don't do this because of THIS scripture? Legalism, it has nothing to do with it. This is being Factual whether you want to ignore it for your own convenience is up to you. You are ignorant of the facts of what Yoga is and want to ignore the truth because you want to do what you want to do.

Btw, did you read my post on Stretching? There are plenty of books on stretching exercises that are Not related to Yoga in any  way-- why are you ignoring that?

Another eg for you if you have trouble with . If a 3 yrold plays with matches - do they experience getting burned? or are the laws of physics suspended for infants? I'm not interested in debating this with anyone. I have warned-take it or leave it. My conscience is clear, should you ignore the warnings you are on your own, but do you want to be responsible for someone else getting into spiritual trouble by misleading them that it is harmless?

It is obvious by your tone that it will do me no good trying to have a meaningful discussion with you.  Good bye

Posts like this are the ones the leave me thinking if worthy is the place for me???  SMH

I guess yoga exercise is all right leaving its philosophy aside. Sometimes I am doing yoga breathing exercises when I feel that my blood pressure is high.

As someone who comes from India, I completely agree with the summary from gotquestions. My suggestion would be to stay away from yoga.

You can always count on certain people to post from that site.

Sometimes helpful and sometimes not.

It all depends on if you want the true Word of God and not just someone's opinion.

What is more important. Our own words or the Words of God?

Lets see what God has to say about it okay? Okay!

2 Timothy 2:15“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

How about our OWN words that  portray the word of God!!

How sweet it is to have Gods words in our hearts and minds..
