Well Scripture tells us, "If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the LORD does not take place or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously, so do not be alarmed." (Deuteronomy 16:22).

and I believe in context it says, 'speaks in my name'.

Another curiosity is if there should only be one prophet prophesizing anymore, "Two or three prophets should speak, and the others should weigh carefully what is said," (1 Corinthians 14:29). 

But we are warned to not show contempt to prophecies, "Do not treat prophecies with contempt, but test everything that is said. Hold on to what is good." (1 Thessalonians 5:20-21).

Well it says to test it, "Do not treat prophecies with contempt, but test everything that is said. Hold on to what is good." (1 Thessalonians 5:20-21).  But while testing it do not show contempt for the prophecy. We will know tomorrow if it is true or not. I myself am not going to prematurely judge a prophecy, but that's me.
