Neil is really good. There are some good prayers online that you can use. Perhaps if you were into this before, you have some prayers that were used to help you get free. It would be good if you have a friend you can trust to pray with you as well. Perhaps two friends. By two a thing is established; and a three-fold cord is not quickly broken.
