Ya think? Might be fun at the feeding hall at the home between 4 and 5 pm. Never thought it could be the home's Happy Hour! Maybe the rice pudding is there for the tea toddlers. He he. So true when the family come to visit, they forget whose house and the ensuing chaos that follows. Yeh, good stuff. I have a little to add here. I would lock my room so the other cousins would not get in, just for one reason. My boom box. I use to dream of having one and my sister bought one for me with double cassette and all the equalize buttons ect. My brothers and sisters could not touch it without my permission. Afterall, music on those teenage days was of utmost importance and what we loved a lot. Stingy i was with that thing. I could not stand the thought of my cousins playing around with my treasure. In those days, the boom box being portable, the guy who had the nice looking box was just cool. Edited October 18, 2017 by warrior12

My wife's the neat freak, I'd be the one leaving my droppings all over the house lol. I am sure there any many shows that I have missed too. It's good that we have strengths to compliment one another's weaknesses.

She had to go through TBN withdrawals LOL. I remember my folks getting rid of TV at one time. It was amazing how much more time we had to talk when we were not all trying to watch something. Back then, there was only one channel, so there were no arguments over what to watch. TV used to only start at 430pm, and would close again at around 1030pm. The national anthem would play before and after. So if we turned TV too early we would see the signal clock, and just before TV would start we would see those signal lines with a high pitch scream. I wonder if your cousins knew that you were locking them out? Yes, they knew and they knew why also. But they were ok as they knew how important an item it was to whoever had one. On a note too, i was always kind of possessive with my things, as i would try to make them last and others would not care. Even today with my tools, i am like that as a man gets attach to his own tools. It's just a tradesman thing i guess. Long ago it was true neighborly living where we would borrow each other tools as for whatever reason. You would lend your hand saw sharp only to get it back with tooths missing or dull and you just dealt with it. But it was true sharing and helping your neighbors.
