LeRoy Carhart began performing abortions through all nine months of pregnancy at his Germantown clinic in late 2010. The Maryland Coalition for Life raised enough money to buy the property this fall and force him out of the building. That sale went through Sept. 29. In an undercover investigation that culminated Thursday, the pro-life group Operation Rescue discovered the abortionist’s new Bethesda location.
