Serena and Venus Williams have bmi's in the obese range. Not a good standard for determining health of patients.

Well it does make sense. It is much more complicated to operate on someone obese with more complications. A person who smokes is more likely going to have post-op complications as well. Especially with lung issues.

No but I do not make up the rules in this world. It eventually is going to get very ugly. They may not even tolerate the terminally ill or the aged. They will get do them in.
