John sees locusts coming out of the smoke of the bottomless pit. They are likened to scorpions. They are not natural locusts, but hordes of demons loosed upon the earth. The OT locusts were a greatly feared plague because they could strip the country of every green leaf and sprout, leaving people and animals to die for lack of food. Their sting is not like a ordinary locust. They are able to torment people, the entire unbelieving human race. The torment is said to last for 5 months. I gave a link to matterial on the navy's locust. The first video was of the air force swarm. I expect the navy would be able to use either as these locusts will be weaponised and used in combat.According to some this is future combat.Low cost and very effective.
