The last mention and inspection of the contents inside of the Ark of the Covenant (1 Kings 8:9) only had the two tables or stone. The trivia question: What happened to the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded? A. Mice gnawed it away. B. It was stolen. C. It rotted and deteriorated away over time. D. It was lost. E. It's unknown what happened to them. F. Both B & C G. None of the above. Perhaps = B. It was stolen. (by the Philistines) Perhaps = G. None of the above. (these items appear to be missing) Perhaps = D. It was lost.

I have to admit, I've studied this and don't fully understand it? But it's so interesting... In Genesis Chapter 32:, out of nowhere, Jacob starts wrestling with a man that results in a life long limp in Jacob. After the wrestling match Jacob names the place "Peniel". 1. Whom was this man? 2. Whom won? 3. In Hebrew; what does Peniel translate to? Edited August 15, 2019 by Dennis1209

Of course, I feel certain it was God's will for Jacob to prevail.... Hosea 12:4 New King James Version (NKJV) 4 Yes, he struggled with the Angel and prevailed; He wept, and sought favor from Him. He found Him in Bethel, And there He spoke to us— Genesis 32:28 New King James Version (NKJV) 28 And He said, “Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel; for you have struggled with God and with men, and have prevailed.” Well there you are. Oftentimes, people can’t see answers that have already been posted, and it becomes very confusing. Pretty please? Thanks in advance. I'm not sure of any real problems, but there might be a bit of lag racing to post the replies. A couple of times the answers had been submitted, and then it's like an oops! Someone has already gotten it. Not a biggie, really. I'm dependent on my glasses, that's a certainty.
