I just laughed about it. In my lifetime I have never gotten life insurance, nor the 401k because of what the Lord had revealed to me of my life. Guest Posted October 27, 2017 Share Posted October 27, 2017 I believe that we are at the beginning of the End Times and that the Rapture of the Church could happen at any time. Still, in good conscious I could not leave my wife in such a position that she would have to live on Social Security should I die prior to the Rapture. So, I do have life insurance. I think it to be prudent to be prepared for the future without storing treasures here on Earth as our home is in Heaven. No hording or fallout shelters, or large weapons caches. I believe that we will see the beginning, the end of the Church Age, but all of Revelation will not unfold in this lifetime. Revelation extends well over 1000 years into the future. That being said, planning for the future is not a bad idea. Who knows, some may retire before the rapture of His body. The Rapture is imminent and could have occurred at any moment since Jesus ascended to Heaven, the Apostle Paul was even expecting it in his lifetime. Based on my pre-tribulation Rapture view, and all the prophetic signs being convergent, I have a suspicion the Rapture may occur prior to the year A.D. 2023. I am not, and this is not "date setting". Any day now I believe we could hear that loud trumpet and a shout "come up here"! I personally have a suspicion when we're called up, it will be personal, and we will be called up by our name? As far as life insurance...
