When our sinful imperfect earthly bodies are resurrected at the rapture of the Church God will instantly change our imperfect earthly bodies into perfect resurrected bodies in an instant. Ask God to cleanse your heart. Only the new man, the new creation, goes to heaven. Heb 10:14 For by one offering he has perfected forever those who are being sanctified. He bore our sins on the tree, that we being dead to SIN SHOULD LIVE UNTO RIGHTEOUSNESS. oh peter knew, so did paul. I think a lot of preachers FORGET THAT . but with the HOLY GHOST , WITH CHRIST , by his power THIS IS DONE. that we being dead to sin , should live unto RIGHTEOUNESS. Be YE HOLY for HE IS HOLY. Awake to RIGHTEOUSNESS and SIN NOT. FOR if we follow the SPIRIT we shall not FULLFILL the lusts of the flesh. Let us bring every thought captive to THE OBEDIANCE of CHRIST . LET all who name the name of CHRIST , depart from inquity and THOSE who are Christs HAVE crucifed the affections and lusts of the flesh. all this paul said. AMEN! 2Co 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. God changes us to to be more like Jesus as we keep our eyes on Him. We allow Him to live in us and through us to minister God's love to those in need.
