Proof, Earth made of invisible things.

All matter is composed of atoms. Only in recent years has science discovered that everything we see is composed of things that we cannot see- tiny invisible particles called atoms, made up of electrons and protons, which are really not solids, but positive and negative charges of electricity. Considering that he lived about two centuries ago, it is extremely doubtful that the author of the books of Hebrews specifically understood the subject, yet he accurately wrote about atomic structure - nearly 2000 years before it was discovered by scientists.

Hebrews 11:3, 3, Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made  of things which do appear.

My pet theory is that God holds each electron in it's mysterious orbit. But He knows the location at all times. 

16 For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

Yes indeed, in the begin God created heaven (hydrogen) and earth (helium) with a dash of other elements.

Electrons don't "ORBIT" anything or have "Orbits".

"Electrons are 'said' to occupy orbitals in an atom.  The term orbital is somewhat 'erroneous' as electrons DO NOT 'ORBIT' around a nucleus.  These orbitals, also, DO NOT REALLY EXIST.   They are mathematical constructs which make use of a wavefunction, y, that describes the motion of an electron."

also, God created only what was created by God

John 1:3 (KJV) "without him was not any thing made that was made."

which means there are things that have not been created - things that are indefinitely existing throughout the time's infinity - and something of those things was used by God as a constructive/structural substance/material - it is called "water" in Genesis 1:2 and 2 Peter 3:5-6
