I did not mean any disrespect to you. I am not one to put stock in most scientist test results that most likely are more theory than truth. when my grandmother was 89

her doc told her to drink one beer a day, she was Christian and never had a beer before. Bacon was another theory of food scientist that for a long time caused cancer until they found it did not cause it. I should have just said don't believe everything scientist say is true.

I hear this often from people who consume what they want to consume " You have to die from something".

I drink one beer a week at most. I do not use white sugar or white bread. 99% of food I consume I cook myself. I drink a soft drink about 3 per year.

I eat lots of greens, white beans, nuts, berries and drink about 15 12oz glasses of water a day.  So i guess one can say I eat what i want.

Amein.

Trust Yahweh as He Says, to be Blessed by Him,  not men, to receive His Curse.

Even more from Yahweh "Choose TODAY, life or death"  ..... in several Scriptures.

Of course, most multitudes of people choose death..... (so they are already , still (since birth) ,  dead, as He Says, though they are walking around as white-washed sepulchres) ....

Most of the secular world is not concerned with death because they think when you die you are no longer are in existence. No heaven and no hell.

I do not think there is anything wrong with an occasional drink. I am not an advocate for drinking on an everyday basis at all. Not even one drink. Alcohol puts on a lot of weight and that can really complicate health issues. Almost everyone I know who drinks excessively is obese.

I'm quoting you, but I'm talking to all.

There are countless things which can cause us cancer. It is not even worth wasting our time worrying about it, we do what we can but we cannot do much.

I'd suggest you leave your health in the mighty hands of the Lord and do what you can; but do not let these things cause you any fear.

"For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble." - Matthew 6:32-34

Stay safe in the Lord Jesus Christ.

"A thousand may fall at your side,
And ten thousand at your right hand;
But it shall not come near you." - Psalm 91:7

Amen!

But God can not be mocked. If a person abuses alcohol and according to research that is the case with one drink a day, you can't ask God to heal you from the health consequences that the alcohol has caused.

research also says more people die from bad practices in hospitals than die from guns; that doesn't mean avoid hospitals. This thread is about beer what about whiskey can one drink it?
