Over the course of that history (even to this very day) mankind has come up with divergent answers to all of the above. God who is the answer to all of the above has communicated the answers to mankind and then some. Including who is in charge and how we are to approach him. Beginning with having the true God rather than the suppositional gods of man's imagination. So it is incumbent upon us all to approach the genuine God using his communication to man as the final court of arbitration in all things especially in determining his nature.
