Is it easy to get around without a car? I did see on the website that you do have an extensive bus system....taxis, too, I imagine? Are there areas where you can rent an apartment and walk to markets, restaurants, etc? Much snow? Do you get rain? I do like rain... Hope I find someone from there, just to give me some input.
