Interviews in a vacuum are most difficult. Do not be afraid to ask questions, even about the company. Think of it this way. You are also interviewing them. Do not be on the defensive about that either. Be honest. Will that company suit you? Can you give a fair day's work for a fair day's pay. And if you are genuinely interested in the company that will shine thru in your attitude. Do not come across as if you are desperate either.
